[ Purpose & General Characteristics ]
Ensure and supervise the production team to focus on producing products meeting planned cost, quality and time.

[ Representative Activities ]
Emphasize safety rules and procedures for safety performance of production
Direct and allocate line operators to maximize productivity and quality, in respect with safety other operational rules
Set up the production line and machines to ensure smooth operation of product processing line
Responsible for call-offs of raw materials, packaging materials and other production related material to fulfill production
Track current performance against target performance, and solve the problem to close the gap
Implement efficient production methods to increase productivity
Complete necessary paper works and production related records/reports
Train, develop and motivate operators to work towards good performance
