The Role: Engagement Manager ServiceNow (Inglês Avançado)

In your daily routine, you will:

• Participating in the preparation of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring scope and expectations are perfectly aligned.

• Managing relationships with high-level stakeholders Acting as a trusted advisor.

• Leading the resolution of critical escalations, ensuring client satisfaction and project health.

• Managing complex programs, coordinating multiple interconnected projects and their dependencies.

• Mentorship & Governance: Mentoring other EMs and contributing to the continuous improvement of the practice's delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• English Advanced;
• Project Management & Methodology:
• Expertise in program and portfolio management, with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM) being a plus.
• Skill in capacity planning and large-scale resource allocation. Platform Knowledge (Business Vision):
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem (beyond ITSM) to identify new business opportunities. Finance & Project Contracts:
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to prepare proposals (SOWs) and manage complex contracts.
