WHO YOU ARE
Our basic requirements are that you:
- Hold a Bachelors/Masters in Language Arts, Pedagogy or a TEFL Certification for children and teenagers
- Have professional experience in a Primary and/or Elementary School
- Are proficient in the English language
- Enjoy teamwork and know how to work effectively within a team
- Are proactive, have lots of positive energy, and love nothing more than leaving our students and their families delighted
You will really impress us if, in addition to the qualities above, you:
- Possess previous experience in the field of English education and knowledge of teaching methodologies
- Have previous experience working within a language school
- Are deeply motivated to learn more about the company and its customers
- Possess leadership potential and are a self-starter
