Job Responsibilities:

Principais responsabilidades

Apoiar o acompanhamento das rotinas de produção e processos industriais;
Auxiliar no levantamento e análise de dados de manufatura (indicadores, tempos, perdas, eficiência);
Dar suporte na elaboração e atualização de relatórios, planilhas e apresentações;
Contribuir em projetos de melhoria contínua (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.);
Auxiliar na padronização de processos, instruções de trabalho e fluxos operacionais;
Apoiar a área na organização de documentos e controles internos;
Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Produção, Engenharia, Qualidade e Manutenção, quando necessário.

Requisitos

Cursando Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Industrial ou áreas correlatas) ou Curso Técnico relacionado à Manufatura;
Conhecimento em Excel e Pacote Office;
Organização, proatividade e boa comunicação;
Interesse em aprender sobre processos industriais e melhoria contínua.

Desejável / Diferenciais

Conhecimento básico em Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen ou TPM;
Noções de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
Conhecimento básico em Power BI ou sistemas industriais;
