Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events & Regulatory Intern who is eager to begin a career in international business, events, and trade-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience while supporting international projects, event coordination, regulatory activities, networking initiatives, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events and promotional activities.
- Support regulatory activities and related processes.
- Prepare activity reports, post-event summaries, and project documentation.
- Support networking initiatives with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Help maintain project records and assist with administrative and operational processes.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up communications with stakeholders when needed.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with day-to-day project activities.
- Support the team with additional tasks related to international trade and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Final-year university student or recent graduate in International Business, International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience is a plus but not required.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in events, international trade, networking, regulatory activities, and business processes.
