Tomorrowland Brazil is looking for a highly organized and creative Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our festival team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and execution of all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and an outstanding festival experience for the People of Tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across pre-production, event days, and breakdown.
- Develop, Implement and monitor F&B procedures, policies, and service standards to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Actively participate in concept innovation discussions.
- Coordinate and align with other Festival areas: Operations, Risk, Security, Production and other domains to ensure all service needs are covered.
- Act as the central point of contact for F&B vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor F&B KPIs, service performance, and overall visitor experience.
- Oversee staffing structures, schedules, training, accreditation, and uniforms for F&B operations teams.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for the F&B area.
- Prepare operational updates, performance reports, and post-event evaluations with improvement recommendations.
Key Duties:
- Participate and support manager in the strategic planning of Brazil F&B.
- Lead the coordination of all F&B sub-domains, including Food, Beverage, DV, and Hospitality services.
- Manage supplier and operator contracts, from onboarding to financial closing and termination.
- Approve F&B menus, pricing, volumes, and product selections in collaboration with coordinators and the leader.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, legal requirements, and internal standards throughout operations.
- Coordinate with F&B Logistics to ensure timely delivery of structures, equipment, and products.
- Oversee accreditation processes and cashless payment operations related to F&B.
- Align with Partnerships to ensure sponsor and partner rights and obligations are correctly delivered.
- Act as on-site escalation point for F&B operational issues, ensuring fast and effective resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, supply chain, hospitality, or large-scale events.
- Experience in festival or large-scale live event environments is a strong plus.
- Proven experience working with multiple vendors, suppliers, and large operational teams.
- Financial P&L analysis and pricing experience.
- HACCP processes experience.
- Strategic & design thinking abilities are a plus.

- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Flexible and adaptable to intensity of festival operations and willingess to travel, occasionally to Europe.
