Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate performance, mentor team members, and stay current with UX trends and technologies like AI.
Requirements
Experience:
- 8 years of experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Product Design, Graphic Design.
- User Experience Design – Advanced
