Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, design and deliver user-centered solutions by conducting research, creating prototypes, and collaborating cross-functionally, while maintaining design systems and aligning with business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate performance, mentor team members, and stay current with UX trends and technologies like AI.

Requirements


Experience:

  • 8 years of experience.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Product Design, Graphic Design.

  • User Experience Design – Advanced

  • Design research & synthesis – Advanced

  • Design strategy – Intermediate

  • Presentation Skills – Intermediate

  • Adobe Creative Suite - Advanced

  • Figma - Advanced

  • AI - Intermediate
