Football Clubs | Running | Directional & Lifestyle
- Own and drive sustainable growth across Football Clubs, Specialized Running and Regional Directional & Lifestyle accounts
- Lead 6-month pre-order cycles and mid-term commercial planning
- Manage sell-in, sell-out, stock levels and margin performance
- Identify risks and growth opportunities through data-driven insights
- Structure and execute action plans to optimize performance across channels
- Manage the full sales cycle and planning cadence for Directional & Lifestyle regional accounts
- Ensure best-in-class execution at official club stores and specialized accounts
- Conduct frequent field visits to drive retail standards and brand excellence
- Monitor performance KPIs and implement corrective action plans
- Guarantee alignment between commercial strategy and in-store execution
- Act as the primary commercial interface with senior leadership of football clubs and key accounts
- Build strong and trusted relationships with specialized partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, OBM, Supply and other internal stakeholders
- Align internal strategy with external execution, ensuring consistency and brand integrity
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in account management and/or commercial management
- Solid analytical mindset with strong KPI ownership (sell-in, sell-out, stock, margin)
- Experience in mid-term commercial planning (collection and pre-order cycles)
- Retail and point-of-sale execution experience
- Ability to influence and navigate complex, high-exposure environments
- Proactive profile that anticipates trends, drives innovation and continuously improves processes
- Deep understanding of the football ecosystem (essential)
- Knowledge of the running ecosystem (a plus)
- Availability for frequent travel
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)
