We’re looking for a Field Quality Engineer to join Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).
Your challenge
Leads investigations into product quality issues in the field. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Monitors field data to identify trends and improve product reliability.
Executes complaint resolution process for escalated complex complaints on product level.
Leads cross functional problem solving teams using 8D methodology and assures corrective and preventive actions.
Analyzes product performance in the field and proposes improvement programs to assure targets are met.
Analyses external CoNQ and proposes improvement programs to assure targets are met.
Trains and instructs markets on problem solving approaches using existing processes like knowledge documents.
Drives feedback loops towards I2M: Assure lessons learned are defined & embedded with new product launches.
Drives communication protocols towards all stakeholders related to product performance.
Leads quality improvement projects within the business or manufacturing site.
More about you
Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, providing foundational knowledge in product quality and process improvement.
Large experience in quality engineering or field quality roles, with proven expertise in complaint resolution, cross-functional problem solving using 8D methodology, and quality improvement projects.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification is essential to demonstrate proficiency in quality principles and problem-solving methodologies.
Fluent English is MANDATORY.
