InterMoor is looking to add a Finance Analyst to the team. The Finance Analyst is responsible for performing daily and monthly financial activities, including accounting entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and interaction with external accounting partners. The role supports cash flow management, billing, payables, receivables, and assists with administrative and HR-related tasks when needed. It reports directly to the Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.

Duties
Post accounting entries into the integrated system
Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
Handle foreign exchange closings
Execute billing, accounts payable and receivable processes
Liaise with external accounting firms
Perform other duties inherent to the role
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles
CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration), preferred
Knowledge of accounting and taxation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Intermediate English
Navision/Business Central system knowledge is a plus
