Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating the Tax area (carried out by the Tax Analyst) and the administrative area (carried out by the Junior Apprentice), as well as the operational activities of the Finance department, through performing analyses and controlling the routines involving Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury
What you’ll be doing

- Bank reconciliation of payments and receipts from the company’s bank accounts
- Update the spreadsheet with financial transaction information and send it for accounting outsorcing through the Nibo portal
- Send bank statements through the Nibo portal to the accounting Outsorcing.
- Analyze expenses and cost centers related to payments
- Control and collection of overdue accounts receivables;
- Receive and process collection return files;
- Analyze and approve credit limits for Sales Orders up to 100K in the integrated system;
- New Customers Due Diligence
- Generate and transmit the CNAB.
- You will support non-finance managers in developing strong budget awareness and ownership of the financial impacts of their decisions.
- Analysis of cost allocation and expense classification by cost center performed by the Junior Apprentice.
- Trade Debtors KPI Report;
- Intercompany reconciliation;
- WM Brazil Foreign Currency Payments Report;
