We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day financial processes. This role involves managing travel-related financial operations, supporting accounting activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and validating trips
- Matching transactions to trips and splitting them when required
- Reviewing and validating completed trips
- Track and follow up on missing receipts with relevant stakeholders
- Approve purchase requests in line with company policies
- Organize and maintain financial documentation
- Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks
- Support accounting activities such as item receipts and accruals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient and smooth financial processes
Requirements:

- Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English with strong spoken communication skills
