About the role
The Fleet Maintenance assistant will be responsible for managing the PTI services with the drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Pre-Trip Inspection and Post-Trip Inspection, guiding the driver to solve the reported problems and directing them to support.
- Following the FMCSA score to check points of improvement to help the area and company oversee the evolution.
- Report through the KPI's the coverage and response over the drivers and assets.
- Feed the management platform in real time, providing guidance to dependent related teams.
- Take care of the SLA and performance of individual trucks, generating reports.
Requisitos:
- Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish will be an advantage.
- Studying technician or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering or similar.
- Knowledge in the area of maintenance and trucks will be an advantage.
- Availability and desire to learn.
- Sense of urgency and problem solving.
- Organized and focused.
