About the position

The FP&A Analyst supports the company’s financial decision‑making by providing planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver insights, financial models, and recommendations that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Your responsibilities and tasks

  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Oversee and support the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
  • Consolidation of quarterly/monthly /weekly Financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Create accurate controls, gross margin , order intake controls.

Your profile and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling best practices).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
  • English fluent/Native.
  • Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • This is a temporary position due to maternity leave.
