Why Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)

The world's most scarce resource isn't time — it's medical attention. Doctors spend 40–70% of their day typing instead of caring for patients. At Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), we're changing that.

We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.

What You'll Do

You will own both the strategic and operational layers of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s finances in LATAM. This is not a siloed role — you'll move between building board-ready financial models and making sure invoices go out on time.

Strategic FP&A

• Design, build, and maintain advanced financial models — P&L, cash flow, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and unit economics

• Lead financial performance analysis: variances, trends, risks, and opportunities

• Own the budgeting and forecasting process with a focus on real business impact, not mechanical exercises

• Translate financial and operational data into clear insights for founders, board, and investors

• Prepare executive-level materials with analytical precision and a narrative that lands with senior audiences

• Drive FP&A automation — identify and build automations for key processes, calculations, and recurring reports

Financial Operations

• Own billing operations: issue invoices, confirm receipt, track collections

• Execute company payments and maintain clean cash and payment logs

• Coordinate tax compliance (SIMPLES, ISS, PIS/COFINS, calendar filings) and ensure on-time payments

• Serve as the single operational point of contact for external accountants, vendors, and lawyers

What You Have

Experience 3–5 years in FP&A, financial planning, or controller-type roles · Hands-on experience with billing, payments, and tax compliance in Brazil , Colombia and Mexico would be a pluss· Comfortable working with external accountants · Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus

Must-have skills Advanced financial modeling (P&L, cash flow, scenarios, unit economics) · Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets · Ability to turn complex data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences · Deep understanding of tax and payroll obligations · Extreme attention to detail and process discipline · Strong follow-through and accountability

Nice to have Experience with FP&A tools · Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems · Experience building RevOps or finance dashboards
