Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for EUC and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure and deploy devices, networks, and peripherals
- Collaborate with teams for incident resolution
- Maintain documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in EUC and networking
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
