About the Role
Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking passionate local hosts in Manaus to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. This role is ideal for locals who enjoy storytelling, cultural exchange, and creating authentic experiences. No professional tour guide license is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging walking tours highlighting Manaus’s landmarks, history, and culture (3–8 hours)
- Tailor each tour to guests’ interests and pace
- Share fascinating stories, insights, and insider tips
- Ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor
- Optionally host food-themed tours if passionate about local cuisine
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Manaus and its hidden gems
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, or Dutch
- Friendly, confident, and guest-focused communication style
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3–8 hours
Nice to Have:
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience (a plus, not required)
