**Job Title:** Digital Transformation (DX) Trainer – Manufacturing (Brazil, Manaus) **Company:** AIGrev (Global AI Implementation Partner) **Location:** Manaus, Brazil (On-site at Manufacturing Plant) **Job Type:** Contract / 1 day Assignment --- ### **About the Role** AIGrev is partnering with a Fortune 50 manufacturing client to deliver a global Digital Transformation (DX) training initiative (e.g., Kaizen 2.0). We are seeking experienced trainers to conduct on-site sessions for manufacturing plant engineers in Manaus, Brazil. The objective of this program is to drive awareness and enable a shift in mindset toward adopting digital transformation practices within production teams. --- ### **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver 1-day Digital Transformation training sessions to manufacturing engineers * Facilitate engaging, practical, and easy-to-understand learning experiences * Adapt content delivery to suit plant-level workforce and operational realities * Encourage mindset change toward digital adoption in manufacturing processes * Participate in trainer onboarding and preparation sessions prior to delivery --- ### **Program Details** * Cohort size: ~20 participants per batch * Multiple cohorts (final count to be confirmed) * Training duration: 1 day per cohort * Tentative timeline: April / May (final schedule to be shared) * Location: Manufacturing plant, Manaus, Brazil * Trainer onboarding/training will be provided --- ### **Required Qualifications** * Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (local dialect required) * Background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Operations * Strong training, facilitation, or workshop delivery experience * Ability to simplify digital transformation concepts for non-IT audiences * Prior experience in Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence is a plus --- ### **Preferred Skills** * Exposure to Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, or Smart Manufacturing * Experience training plant-level teams or shop-floor engineers * Strong communication and engagement skills --- ### **Compensation** * Competitive trainer fees (to be discussed) * Travel & Lodging (T&L) expenses covered --- ### **How to Apply** Interested candidates are requested to share: * Updated resume * Relevant training experience minimum 10 years experience * Expected commercial quote (including T&L)
