Project and Delivery Management involves leading the full lifecycle of complex multilingual localization projects, from quotation, planning, and scheduling to budgeting, quality control, delivery, and invoicing. The role ensures that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with VSI’s world-class quality standards. It also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across all VSI global facilities, ensuring effective coordination and clear communication throughout the process. Client Relationship Management includes acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships in collaboration with the Director of Localization Marketing and/or the Business Development Manager.The role provides proactive account management support by understanding client needs, offering consultancy, and identifying opportunities for additional services. he position requires at least 2 years of experience in localization or media project management, ideally with experience working with streaming platforms or major entertainment brands. Proven experience in client service is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities are necessary, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
xperience in financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and contract addendums, is also required. A degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation, or a related field is desirable.
