Responsible for the selling of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s products and solutions and certain partner solutions to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s largest, often international, most strategic and complex customers.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s customers, prospective customers, partners - and for maintaining customer satisfaction. Generates demand and identifies opportunities to sell Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s capabilities as an integrated solution to customer’s transformational business need. Supports efforts to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized. Responsible for the continuity and expansion – across business entities and geographies – of the customer’s ongoing business with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). Focused on named, existing and/or prospective accounts strategic to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados). Maintains executive-level customer relationships and influences customers' requirements' specification.

Role Purpose
To serve as a trusted advisor by building strategic business relationships with senior customer executives, ensuring a seamless customer experience and executing long-term strategies to achieve customer value targets. The role drives commercial expansion, partner relationships, and guides customers towards innovation.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build trust and manage strategic executive relationships with customers, securing sponsorship for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).- Lead and inspire the wider account team with a customer delight mindset, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) account team and involved partners.
- Deliver value by expanding the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) solutions’ footprint in alignment with customer goals.
- Drive opportunities for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Solutions and ensure ongoing value to support renewals and retention.
- Innovate and win with customers to fuel new growth, extending and enhancing solutions based on the customer value roadmap.
