- Lead recruitment kickoff calls with international teams.
- Guide interview debriefs and decision‑making processes.

- Standardize recruitment processes across regions.
- Manage requisitions and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors.

- Build accurate, compelling job descriptions for global roles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
- Develop and extend competitive offer recommendations.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience.
- Expertise in executive‑level and technical/scientific recruitment.
- Experience in global or multi‑country recruiting environments.
- Strong consultative skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in tech, engineering, or scientific industries preferred.
- Agency + in‑house recruiting background strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building global pipelines.
- Experience partnering with HR teams across several countries.
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
