Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Head of LATAM Partnerships to join our ever evolving Enterprise Partnerships team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own as the Head of LATAM Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and scale strategic partnerships across LATAM to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long‑term value creation.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage large, complex, high‑visibility partnerships, ensuring strong performance, retention, and partner satisfaction.

  • Define partnership strategies, mutual goals, and go‑to‑market plans aligned with Worldpay’s regional and global objectives.

  • Act as a senior evangelist for Worldpay solutions, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to maximize partner success.

  • Own financial analysis, long‑range forecasting, and performance measurement for partnerships, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends, implementing strategies to protect and expand account ownership and market position.

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience leading strategic partnerships or alliances, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services in LATAM.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of revenue targets and partner pipelines

  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.

  • Expert knowledge of partnership structures, negotiations, and governance models.

  • Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Established executive relationships across the LATAM payments ecosystem.

  • Experience launching new products or market‑entry partnerships.

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring partnership teams.
