    Head of SMB at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)

    The Head of SMB Accounts leads the strategy and execution for a $35–40M revenue portfolio across approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active HC. This role is critical to driving client retention, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)'s SMB segment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
    • Own the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection.
    • Identify accounts with growth potential and develop tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities.
    • Design, improve, and institutionalize playbooks and operating models for SMB account management.
    • Build a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long-term needs to position Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as a strategic partner.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability.

    What we are looking for:

    • 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery.
    • 7+ years of experience in the tech/outsourcing sector.
    • Experience managing a team.
    • US Visa or EU Passport.
    • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
    • Advanced level of English.
