【About the Role】
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Specialist to support our Americas regional operations. This role will be based in São Paulo and serve as a key bridge between our Chinese headquarters and our teams in Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, etc. If you are passionate about people operations, thrive in cross-cultural environments, and want to grow your career in global HR and Admin, we want to hear from you.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. HR & Administrative Support: Manage attendance records, onboarding/offboarding processes, contract documentation, and personnel file maintenance for employees across the Americas (Brazil, Mexico, US, etc.).
2. Recruitment Assistance: Screen CVs, coordinate interview schedules, support candidate communication, and help execute regional recruitment processes.
3. Employee Services: Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries (e.g., benefits policies, onboarding guidance), maintain positive employee relations, and assist in organizing regional employee engagement activities.
4. Data & Reporting: Regularly compile HR data (headcount changes, attendance statistics) and support the preparation of monthly HR reports.
5. Cross-Cultural Communication: Serve as a language bridge (Chinese, English, Portuguese) to ensure accurate information flow between Chinese and Americas teams.
6. Other duties as assigned by leadership.
【Requirements】
1. Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese or English (both written and spoken) is a must. Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred.
2.Attitude: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking. You should have a genuine passion for HR and administration.
3. Adaptability: Ability to learn HR tools quickly and adapt to a cross-cultural environment with time zone differences.
4. Visa Status:
-Full-time: Must have existing work authorization in Brazil (No visa sponsorship provided).
5. Bonus Points: Previous experience or knowledge of labor laws in the Americas region is a plus.
【Location】
This role requires collaboration with teams in China and the Americas region, so flexibility with occasional meetings is expected.
