About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Business Partner to support our Latin America region. As a key member of the team, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, contributing directly to the success of an organization with over 170 employees.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring management of HR processes, driving talent management, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance, fostering a strong partnership with managers and employees, and finalising implementation of HR strategy so as fixing its alignment to business objectives.


Main responsibilities will include the following:


  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to define, implement, and adapt HR strategies that support organizational objectives
  • Drive employee engagement and build a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment
  • Act as a champion for change management, supporting managers and employees through organizational changes
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, onboarding programs, and learning and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards
  • Ensure the timely and efficient fulfilment of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) HR processes in the relevant area
  • Oversee labour relations, including managing interactions and negotiations with trade unions and ensuring application of collective agreements
  • Analyse HR data and key metrics to identify trends, propose solutions, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with company policies and local regulations

What You Need to Be Successful
  • Full working proficiency in English is required
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Business Partner roles or strategic HR consulting
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with union negotiations
  • Availability to travel upon request
