KeyResponsibilities

·ManageallHR operationsinBrazil,includingPayroll, RecruitmentC Selection, Training C Development, and Employee Relations.
·Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor laws, unions, and regulatory requirements.
·Serve as the primary liaison between local HR and global HR systems (Workday), ensuring accurate data and contract management.
·Adaptand implementglobal HR concepts to the Braziliancontext, maintaining alignment with corporate policies.
·Providedirect supporttomanagersandemployees,handlingcomplex cases with professionalism and discretion.
·LeadHRprojectsandinitiativestostrengthenorganizationalcultureand employee engagement.
·PartnerwithglobalHR andlegalteams,knowingwhentoescalateand involve external counsel.
·BuildandmanagealeanHR team(HR Manager+HR Assistant)with autonomy and accountability.
·MaintaintransparencyandintegrityinallHRprocesses. CandidateProfile

·Provenexperienceinmultinationalenvironments,preferablywithexposure to multiple countries.
·Hands-on expertise in HR operations, including payroll, employee lifecycle management, and union relations.

·ExcellentcommunicationskillsinPortugueseandEnglish(fluencyrequired; Spanish is a plus).
