You’ll work closely with leadership and employees to implement HR solutions that empower people, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and align with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s commitment to organizational excellence.
How You'll Make an Impact:
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing and managing HR processes that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and employee success. You’ll collaborate with leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on employee wellbeing and development.

- Managing workforce planning, including headcount forecasting and organizational design.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Analyzing HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Leading initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, such as health and wellness programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
Sobre você
- A professional background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in hard HR areas such as workforce planning, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR data management.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in implementing wellbeing and development programs that enhance employee engagement and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leaders and employees.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
