About the Team:
We are looking for a strategic and people-driven HR Business Partner to join our team. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, provide data-driven insights, and implement HR initiatives that foster performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
As a trusted advisor, you will shape workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design, while supporting employees and leaders with effective HR solutions.

- Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand the strategic priorities and operational needs of the business.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic HR advice to drive business results.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and company culture.
- Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Lead and support succession planning and career development programs.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure that hiring processes meet business needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Implement performance management frameworks and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance issues and career development for employees.
- Lead talent reviews and support the identification of high-potential employees for development programs.
- Support the organization’s change management efforts to improve efficiency, agility, and employee engagement.
- Assist in the redesign of structures or processes, ensuring they meet business objectives and improve employee experience.
- Lead HR-driven organizational development initiatives that promote continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive HR programs (compensation, benefits, training, etc.) to support employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HR metrics and reporting to leadership to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage HR analytics tools to gather insights, monitor trends, and drive business decisions.
- Recommend HR interventions based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong experience in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Organizational Development.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize and present insights effectively.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
