Position Overview
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the company’s Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and alignment with global HR processes. This role will act as a key interface between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, supporting system enhancements, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar), ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and compliance with global standards;
- Support end-to-end HRIS processes, including employee data management, organizational structures, and system configurations;
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, providing guidance to HR teams and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices;
- Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules;
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support strategic decision-making;
- Ensure data governance, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, LGPD);
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and coordinate resolutions in a timely manner;
- Support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives, including process standardization and automation;
- Participate in global HR projects such as system rollouts, integrations (M&A), and organizational changes;
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR systems;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability, efficiency, and user experience.

- Supporting a global HRIS landscape across multiple regions and time zones;
- Driving standardization of HR processes in a complex and evolving environment;
- Managing system integrations related to acquisitions, expansions, or restructuring;
- Enhancing data quality and reporting capabilities for better business insights;
- Supporting ongoing HR digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Solid experience in HRIS roles, preferably in multinational or industrial environments;
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar;
- Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics;
- Familiarity with HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Absence, Talent, etc.);
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations;
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., LGPD, GDPR, SOX);
- Advanced Excel and experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
