We are seeking a Triage Coordinator to respond to new inquiries and determine the correct immigration service before scheduling a consultation. This is a high-urgency, script-driven role requiring calm communication and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads within 15 minutes during coverage hours
- Follow the law firm’s triage script exactly
- Identify the correct immigration service needed
- Collect required case information
- Schedule consultations when appropriate
- Enter complete notes into the CRM
- Escalate urgent cases to the appropriate team
