We are seeking a Triage Coordinator to respond to new inquiries and determine the correct immigration service before scheduling a consultation. This is a high-urgency, script-driven role requiring calm communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new leads within 15 minutes during coverage hours
  • Follow the law firm’s triage script exactly
  • Identify the correct immigration service needed
  • Collect required case information
  • Schedule consultations when appropriate
  • Enter complete notes into the CRM
  • Escalate urgent cases to the appropriate team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$25.00 - R$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
