We are looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst to lead our clients' implementation journey from end to end, acting as a technical focal point in customer service and demand resolution, focusing on process improvements and ensuring an efficient and high-quality implementation experience. The ideal person has fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Be the focal point of the client's implementation experience, resolving demands and questions directly or directing them to the responsible teams and tracking them until resolution.
- Conduct and optimize the client's onboarding and Ramp Up, ensuring fast and efficient adoption of our products and services.
- Create and configure client accounts according to their needs, validating the setup for an error-free go-live.
- Monitor the client's temperature and performance throughout the journey, anticipating risks and acting proactively on satisfaction and loyalty.
- Evaluate pain points, identify process improvements, and explore opportunities to increase revenue from underutilized features.
- Act in an integrated manner with product, support, commercial, and operations teams, bringing the client's voice into these areas.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience as an implementation analyst, with the autonomy to conduct implementations from end to end
- Experience in fintech
- Experience in Onboarding/Implementation teams
- Experience in complex B2B environments
- Strong communication skills to interact with and influence different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and the use of AI tools applied to the daily routine
- Fluent English (mandatory)
