What You’ll Do?

As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through the entire implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering to go-live. You’ll work with mid-market and enterprise clients across diverse industries, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation projects for new and existing customers, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
Facilitate workshops and meetings (remote and onsite) to capture requirements and review configurations.
Configure SaaS solutions, conduct testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
Deliver tailored training programs to customer teams.
Manage change orders and provide recommendations for scope or timeline adjustments.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Assist support teams with resolving configuration issues post-implementation.

What You Bring?

Must-Have:

5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience with software configuration and integrations, including basic coding (e.g., XML/HTML).
Strong understanding of cloud technology principles.
Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences in ENGLISH;
Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with platforms like Datamaran, Enhesa, Verisk, or Workday.
Experience configuring solutions across multiple devices (desktop, mobile).
