As a Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads in Brazil from first contact to conversion, delivering an outstanding customer experience while directly contributing to revenue growth. This role plays a key part in Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s expansion in the Brazilian market and offers the opportunity to take ownership, build strong customer relationships, and grow within a high-performance, international environment that values integrity, ambition, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full inbound sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to deal closure.

  • Provide tailored customer consultations, presenting premium Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) pergolas and accessories and clearly communicating their value.

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average order value.

  • Track, document, and analyze performance metrics in the CRM (conversion rates, AOV, upsell rates).

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategies and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Experience selling high-value products (e.g. luxury goods, real estate, premium services).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Proactive, well-organized, and results-driven approach with strong attention to detail.

  • Native or fluent Portuguese (C2) and strong proficiency in English or Spanish (C1 or higher).
