Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s Index franchise across Latin America.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with asset managers, wealth managers, banks, broker-dealers, pension funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Research, Product Management, Client Service, Legal) to deliver tailored index solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle and ensure contract renewals and run-rate retention.
- Represent Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide client feedback to help shape product development and strategic initiatives.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel:
- +8 years of experience overall, and +4 years of experience specifically in Sales in financial services, preferably in client coverage within Index, ETF, or Data sales.
- Strong passion for business development, client prospecting, and account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and collaborative approach with relentless drive to deliver results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand technical products and market trends.
- Good understanding of capital markets and investment processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Master’s Degree, MBA, or CFA designation is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Latin America.
