Overview of the role:
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing strategies in the sports segment, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, engagement, and campaign performance. Your role will range from prospecting and negotiating with influencers to creating campaigns and scripts, focusing on creators who have an affinity with the sports world.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, implement, and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring schedules, deliverables, and quality of publications;
- Maintain close relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment, good communication, and adherence to deadlines;
- Send briefings according to the scope of each campaign, monitoring progress until publication;
- Build community projects focused on regionalizing brand presence with influencers;
- Monitor, document, and analyze campaign results;
- Update campaign schedules and monitor recording and publication dates;
- Negotiate and coordinate partnerships with content creators and agencies;
- Work with a focus on influencers and creators in the sports world, understanding trends, audiences, and the language of the segment.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
- Previous experience with influencers or creators (in a brand, agency, or platform).
- Knowledge of and affinity with the sports market (sports, athletes, events, brands, and audience).
- Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to deal directly with influencers and their teams.
- Agility in handling dynamic schedules and multiple stakeholders.
- Proactivity and a sense of ownership to ensure that everything progresses on time.
