About the opportunity
Join our Inside Sales team and take ownership of driving renewals for Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s bioinformatics solutions and databases. You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring continued usage, and identifying opportunities for growth. This position focuses on customers in the USA and involves close collaboration with Customer Solution Managers and Application Scientists.
This is an hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day at home) based São Paulo. Please send your CV in English!
Your tasks include
Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs, ensure solution usage, and identify expansion opportunities.
Manage the entire renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate renewals with a high close rate.
Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts confidently.
Proactively reach out to customers before renewal dates to discuss experiences, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services.
Analyze customer usage data and feedback to uncover renewal and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate in a team-centric environment to achieve both individual and team revenue goals.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, ideally with Academic, Biotech, or Pharma customers.
Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skilled in negotiating contract terms and pricing.
Willingness to work North America shift and engage customers via phone daily.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
