How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável por assegurar a conformidade do processo de Road Safety nas operações da Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) e transportadores parceiros. Atua como elo entre as partes para mitigar acidentes e promover uma cultura de direção segura e confiável.Treinamento e Qualificação: Participar ativamente da capacitação técnica e comportamental de motoristas efetivos e terceiros.
Auditoria de Campo: Verificar o cumprimento de procedimentos através de observações de comportamento e visitas (anunciadas ou não).
Gestão de Interface: Atuar como facilitador entre a Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), transportadoras e motoristas para garantir a fluidez da operação.
Feedback e Melhoria: Fornecer devolutivas regulares aos motoristas e stakeholders, focando no aprimoramento contínuo do desempenho ao dirigir.
Mitigação de Riscos: Identificar falhas e agir de forma proativa e didática para reduzir a probabilidade de acidentes rodoviários.
