YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working alongside CRM and the brand marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road), you will manage:
Consent Management and Agentforce AI chatbot projects
Assist in reviewing, documenting, and updating projects related documentation
Help maintain consents in the Salesforce system
Collaborate with privacy and technical teams
Support the creation and refinement of chatbot intents, knowledge articles, and natural‑language response flows.
Support troubleshooting of issues by working with technical teams (Salesforce admins, developers, data teams).
UAT Support for both projects
Assist in building UAT file creation
Tests execution
Coordination of E2E tests
Analytics & Reporting
Track and summarize ChatBot interactions and reporting
Identify trends or anomalies in data and alert the CRM Product Owner
Research best practices for consent management and AI-driven customer experience.
Assist in compiling benchmark reports and competitive analysis for AI chatbot capabilities.
Prepare presentations summarizing findings, KPIs, test results, and recommendations.
Culture & Collaboration
Elevate marketing competencies through an active and informed global marketing community
Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision
Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Qualifications | Education
Studies in business administration with a concentration in digital, marketing, communications, or a related field
Expertise in digital CRM Program management, lead capture, form creation, nurturing, email marketing automation
Experience with Salesforce SFDC is an asset
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and collaboration skills to coordinate multiple projects.
Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Understanding of the nuances of global programs (NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
