- Assist in monitoring integrations, interfaces, and data flows (Azure and other platforms)
- Support incident analysis and participate in root cause investigations alongside senior team members
- Contribute to the development of performance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools)
- Maintain and improve knowledge base, technical documentation, and best practices
- Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for system enhancements
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and cross-system quality checks
Your profile :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably from the 2nd year onwards) in Technology or related fields.
- Advanced English for daily interaction within a global team.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (experience with JD Edwards will be considered an asset).
- Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, advanced Excel functions).
- Basic understanding of cloud environments (experience with Azure will be considered an asset).
- Knowledge of IT service management concepts (incident, problem, change).
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their application in IT contexts.
