As an IT Project Manager focused on Technology Operations, you will play a key role in leading high-impact, client-facing initiatives that directly affect customer experience and operational scalability. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients, managing expectations, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution, remove blockers, and drive delivery of committed outcomes.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential conflicts, driving mitigation plans and escalating when necessary.

  • Operational Excellence: Support initiatives related to the evolution and scalability of technology operations, ensuring consistency, reliability, and efficiency across environments.

  • Post-Delivery Monitoring: Ensure proper follow-up after project delivery, identifying potential issues, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement.

  • Executive Communication: Provide clear, structured updates to leadership and key stakeholders, especially in critical scenarios.

Qualifications (must have):

  • Proven experience managing client-facing technology projects, preferably in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations and align different interests.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, and/or Sales teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

  • Advanced English (mandatory), with experience interacting with global stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud environments, infrastructure projects, or SaaS operations.

  • Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

  • Previous experience in high-growth or scaling technology companies.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications.
