What You Can Expect
The IT Site Leader for Brazil is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of site-based information technology services for the Brazil operation. Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) has two commercial buildings (Rio and Sao Paulo). This will support both sites. Th role serves as the primary IT leader for the site, partnering closely with business leaders, regional and global IT teams, and external service providers to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant technology operations that enable business performance.
This position provides local leadership across end-user services, infrastructure coordination, incident and problem resolution, site projects, and business relationship management. The role is expected to align local priorities with enterprise technology standards while maintaining a strong customer focus and supporting operational continuity
How You'll Create Impact
Serve as the primary IT point of contact and leader for the Brazil site, ensuring the effective delivery of local IT services in alignment with business priorities and global standards.
Build strong partnerships with site leadership, functional stakeholders, and regional/global IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
Lead day-to-day site IT operations, including end-user support coordination, workplace technology, local infrastructure oversight, and service issue escalation management.
Drive timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and recurring technical issues, ensuring service quality and minimal disruption to business operations.
Coordinate site technology projects, upgrades, deployments, office moves, and lifecycle activities, while tracking risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Support cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements by reinforcing corporate policies, local controls, and good IT practices across the site.
Partner with infrastructure, network, security, application, and service management teams to maintain stable and secure operations for site users and critical business processes.
Monitor service performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements that enhance user experience, reliability, standardization, and operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with local vendors and service providers as applicable, ensuring delivery quality, responsiveness, and alignment with company expectations.

Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Typically requires 5–8 years of progressive experience in information technology, including experience supporting site or business operations.
Prior experience in an IT site leadership, infrastructure support leadership, service delivery leadership, or comparable role is preferred.
Experience working in a regulated industry, manufacturing environment, healthcare company, or similarly complex operational setting is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, service management platforms, and standard enterprise workplace technologies is preferred.
ITIL or other relevant IT certifications are considered a plus
Fluency in Portuguese is required; English proficiency is strongly preferred to support regional and global collaboration.
Travel Expectations
Hybrid role based in Brazil, with regular presence at the assigned site based on business, operational, and project requirements.
Requires flexibility to support site needs, business-critical activities, and occasional off-hours coordination with regional or global teams.
Requires up to 20% travel, which may include domestic and international travel.
