What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to employees via email, chat, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT systems
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common business software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus but not required
