Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
- Assist users with email systems, account access, and password resets
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the help desk system
- Support basic network setup, printers, and office IT equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with email systems and cloud-based tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical certification (optional but a plus)
