We’re looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Jackpot Performance Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Jackpot Performance, you’ll play a key role in executing our Jackpot sales strategy and driving revenue growth across a global portfolio.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external operator partners to optimize performance, support new product launches, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of Jackpot game release playbooks to ensure high-impact launches
- Track and report on KPIs for new releases, including coverage, player engagement, and lobby positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key operator partners
- Develop and execute launch plans across markets and operators
- Assist in shaping and delivering commercial strategies to optimize Jackpot performance
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to tailored commercial initiatives for both existing products and new launches
- Identify gaps in product coverage and support initiatives to expand reach
- Support onboarding of new operators and drive product adoption
- Create and maintain compelling sales materials with data-backed insights and narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Markets, Partnerships, BI, Product, Marketing, and Game Strategy
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights
- Represent the business in operator meetings and support industry events
Who are we looking for?
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and reporting capabilities
- Proactive, results-driven attitude
- Passion for gaming and awareness of industry trends
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- 2–4 years’ experience in the gambling industry or a similar commercial/analytical role
- Understanding of technical and regulatory environments is an advantage
