What you’ll do:

We are seeking a talented Jr. Communication Designer who will apply their skills to ideate, visualize, and develop proposals that create a relationship between the viewer and visuals. The chosen candidate will be part of a multi-functional design team that will design the future of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) across all touchpoints through products, accessories, consumables, and services. As a communication designer at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), you will be involved in every aspect of the design process, including acquiring key consumer and market insights and then developing the overarching communication strategy that will form the core structure for the projects that proceed.

In detail, you will:

• Responsible for ideating, building, and delivering exceptional creative content materials that successfully achieve the client’s key objectives.
• Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify key insights to help drive creative projects.
• Have demonstrated experience designing for all web/digital media (landing page, infographic), print/traditional (user manuals, quick guide, label), and branding/packaging.
• Possess excellent presentation skills.

- Willingness to think big and craft communications assets down to detail - including conceptual thinking, art direction, design, and production of specific assets.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and proven knowledge in Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience partnering with technical cross-functional teams.
• You love working according to design thinking and agile principles and have some experience in doing so.
• You continuously seek new methods and approaches that drive a deeper understanding of consumers.
• Intermediate English.

You will be asked to attach a portfolio along with your resume.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba Factory Plant, located in Guabirotuba. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling two to four times a year. Benefits include:
