We are looking for a Junior HR Consultant (Student) to join Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados), working closely with our team in São Paulo and supporting global projects.
What you will do:
- Support recruitment and selection processes
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Help manage HR documentation, policies, and indicators
- Participate in engagement initiatives and internal events
- Contribute to administrative tasks and organizational development projects
What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled students in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Advanced English (mandatory) – you will use it daily
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in people management and organizational development
- Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
Compensation & Contract:
- Compensation in USD ($)
- Direct contract with a U.S.- based company
- This is not a mandatory internship (no university requirement required)
Work Model:
- Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (São Paulo) + remote work
