Work Location: This is a remote position based in Latin America, serving teams and projects located in the United States.

Position overview:

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.

  • Support the project team in adhering to project timelines and milestones.

  • Help facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning) as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to prepare project roadmaps.

  • Assist in documenting project requirements, processes, and status reports.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve blockers.

  • Work with various teams to ensure accurate information sharing on related projects.

  • Maintain project-related information on platforms like Confluence or similar tools.

Frameworks & Methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Understanding of the waterfall methodology

  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

  • Familiarity with visual diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Excalidraw, Claude, etc.)

  • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Jira’s Rovo, etc.

Experience: 1+ years of experience serving as a TPM

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, Business Administration)

  • Project Management or Scrum Master certification (desired, but not required)
