About the Role
The Junior Sales Representative role focuses on actively prospecting new B2B clients and managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and relationship management. It is ideal for early-career professionals looking to develop sales and CRM skills through online and in-person visits, calls, emails, proposal support, and follow-ups, with training and growth opportunities within the sales team.
Responsibilities
Prospect new B2B clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct in-person and online meetings, as well as institutional presentations.
Negotiate contracts, volumes, and commercial terms.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (directors, coordinators, and stakeholders).
Manage the sales pipeline and commercial performance indicators.
Update the CRM with customer information, activities, and new opportunities.
Support and participate in events when needed.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential
High school diploma completed.
Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques (active listening, persuasion, objection handling, closing, follow-up, detection of necessities).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and corporate email.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn continuously.
Valid driver's license and able to drive a stick-shift car
Living in Recife or surrounding areas
Able to travel within Recife
Tech savvy
Desirable
Experience in the educational, publishing, or EdTech market and experience selling educational solutions and digital products.
A2 English level
Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN).
Availability for occasional travel within the state of São Paulo.
