As a Junior Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing internal technical support to employees, ensuring a smooth experience with tools, systems, and equipment used in their daily work routine.

Responsibilities:
Provide internal technical support to employees via phone, in person, and digital channels
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation, setup, and shipment
Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, peripherals, access requests, collaboration tools, and internal systems
Perform installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software
Support employees using Windows and Linux environments
Handle support tickets with agility, ownership, and good documentation practices
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams with the proper context
Assist with inventory control, equipment organization, and workstation readiness
Help ensure the continuity of internal operations through efficient and user-focused support
Handle sensitive access and company information with responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality
Requirements:
Previous experience in technical support, help desk, service desk, or IT support roles
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Intermediate to advanced English skills are a plus, as is the ability to communicate verbally.
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and workstation support
Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users
Hands-on profile with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly
Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality
Availability to work onsite in Pinheiros, São Paulo
Technical course or educational background in IT, Networks, Electronics, Systems Development, or related areas
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting onboarding processes and equipment logistics
Previous experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Experience with both user support and basic infrastructure-related tasks
Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or related fields
A curious person who enjoys solving problems, testing, assembling, and learning by doing.
