As a Junior Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing internal technical support to employees, ensuring a smooth experience with tools, systems, and equipment used in their daily work routine.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal technical support to employees via phone, in person, and digital channels

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation, setup, and shipment

  • Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, peripherals, access requests, collaboration tools, and internal systems

  • Perform installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software

  • Support employees using Windows and Linux environments

  • Handle support tickets with agility, ownership, and good documentation practices

  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams with the proper context

  • Assist with inventory control, equipment organization, and workstation readiness

  • Help ensure the continuity of internal operations through efficient and user-focused support

  • Handle sensitive access and company information with responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technical support, help desk, service desk, or IT support roles

  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux

  • Intermediate to advanced English skills are a plus, as is the ability to communicate verbally.
  • Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and workstation support

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users

  • Hands-on profile with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly

  • Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality

  • Availability to work onsite in Pinheiros, São Paulo

  • Technical course or educational background in IT, Networks, Electronics, Systems Development, or related areas

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting onboarding processes and equipment logistics

  • Previous experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments

  • Experience with both user support and basic infrastructure-related tasks

  • Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or related fields

  • A curious person who enjoys solving problems, testing, assembling, and learning by doing.
