Your Job

We are looking for a professional to assume the role of Key Account Manager to work in the construction sector. The main responsibilities include developing the commercial strategy for the territory, negotiating with clients to maximize long-term value creation, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring mutual benefit during account negotiations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and strengthen the Guardian-Client relationship with a focus on mutual benefit and long-term value.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client's business and engage with all areas to drive value creation and client success.
  • Develop strategies to meet KPIs (profitability, price, product mix, and volume).
  • Generate demand to develop the product mix, with a focus on value-added solutions.
  • Increase market share and clients' SOW (share of wallet) according to the strategy.
  • Engage with different links in the value/supply chain to contribute to demand generation.
  • Deliver presentations and talks on market trends and products.
  • Manage client and visit information through the CRM.
  • Available and willing to travel.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Proactive drive to exceed targets and overcome challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in the glass market and/or construction sector
  • Specialization or postgraduate degree
  • Knowledge of digital tools (Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Intermediate level of Spanish
